Deputies arrested a 39-year-old Romulus man after a domestic incident on Sunday.
Christopher A. Naused, 39, of Romulus was charged with criminal obstruction a breathing. The charges is a misdemeanor, according to deputies, who say that he is accused of choking a female during a domestic incident.
Due to her breathing being obstructed – he was arraigned on the aforementioned charge.
He was released on his own recognizance to answer the charge at a later date.
